Why I bake
I started baking this for myself. I wanted something sweet and moist — like the quequito my abuela used to bake, that smell from the oven that meant home. So I made it with what was already in my kitchen, adjusting and adjusting until it was exactly how I like it. Then I shared it with friends, and they told their friends. If I love it this much — maybe you will too.
